Mr. Keesey joined CHS as Chief Financial Officer in 1998. Prior to joining CHS, he was employed by Delaware Place Bank, a commercial bank located in Chicago, Illinois and prior to that held positions with Mellon Bank and Northern Trust. He holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois and an M.M. from Northwestern University and is a registered Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Breen joined CHS in 2004 and was promoted to Vice President in 2006. Prior to joining CHS, she was employed by Bank One, First Analysis Corporation and Arthur Andersen. She holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and Finance from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University. She is a CPA.

Mr. DeShazer joined CHS in 2000 and after holding numerous positions with the firm, was promoted to Vice President in 2006. Prior to joining CHS, he was employed by Best Buy Inc. in the regional technical services division. He also worked at Nicor Gas in the software support department. He holds a B.B.A. degree from Benedictine University and an M.I.S.M. from DeVry University. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Mr. Fontanetta joined CHS as Director of Tax in 2004. Prior to joining CHS, he was employed by Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Ernst & Young. Mr. Fontanetta holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and an M.S.T. in Tax from DePaul University.
